TITLE:
Capstone Homes requests Preliminary Plat approval for Timber Sky - Block 5 located at 3345 W McAllister Ranch Rd, a 101-lot single-family subdivision on 17.84 acres in the MR (Medium-Density Residential) Zone. 
STAFF RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission, in accordance with the findings presented in this report, forward the Preliminary Plat to the City Council with a recommendation of approval.
 
Executive Summary:
The Timber Sky - Block 5 subdivision, consisting of 101 single-family lots located on 17.84 acres in the Medium-Density Residential (MR) Zone.
