REQUESTED ACTION:

Accept the Phase 2 Cultural Resource Study and supplemental photos, architectural drawings for compliance with Heritage Preservation 10-30.30 for the removal of a home from the North End Residential District, listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:

Approve the submitted Cultural Resource Phase-2 Study meeting submission requirements of Historic research and property recordation called out in 10-30.30 and specific to 10-30.30.050

Alternative Actions:

The Commission could approve the Phase 2 Cultural Resource Study -or-
The Commission could approve with condition the submitted Phase 2 Cultural Resource Study with additional mitigation -or-
The Commission could request in addition to the Staff recommendations additional modifications and requirements to the Cultural Resource Study and include them as conditions of approval – or –
Deny and request resubmittal.
