Executive Summary:
The liquor license process begins at the State level and applications are then forwarded to the respective municipality for posting of the property and holding a public hearing, after which the Council recommendation is forwarded back to the State. Foram Bar, Grill, Nightclub is a new business and purchased the location and license of Civano Coffee House (dba The Runway).

A Series 06 license allows a bar retailer to sell and serve spirituous liquors, primarily by individual portions, to be consumed on the premises and in the original container for consumption on or off the premises. Series 06 (bar- all spirituous liquor) licenses are obtained through the person and/or location transfer of an existing license from another business. Foram Bar, Grill, Nightclub is a new business and bought the location and license from Civano Coffee House. If approved, this license will be one of the 23 active series 06 licenses.
